    You cannot tell for sure from the information given. In order to know the possibility, you need to know if running is dominant or recessive to waltzing. If running is recessive, then there is zero chance they will have a waltzing mouse. If running is dominant, then (only if they are both heterozygous) they could have a 25% chance of having a waltzing mouse. If only one is heterozygous or they are both homozygous dominant, there is a zero chance they will have a waltzing mouse.

    We would need to know the about the parents of both running mice. Were all four parents also running or did any of them waltz? Also, we would need to know which trait is dominant and which is recessive.

    It’s doubtful they would have a waltzing mice, but I bet the baby would surely have the trots!
